Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Time Frame
You may return products within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition of Products
To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a return.
1.3 Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Products purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion
Any products marked as non-returnable in the product description
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at connect@individualife.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
3.2 Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how and where to send your product. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
3.3 Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item using UPS Shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
4.1 Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery
5. Exchanges
5.1 Damaged or Defective Products

5.2 Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Specify that you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.

6.1 Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at connect@individualife.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process.
